This past homecoming Robert got the opportunity to co-host with Breakfast club star, Dj Envy. Robert gave the star an outlook on the HBCU excellence and experience during homecoming. Additionally he gave a tour of the #1 ranked public HBCU in the United States and spoke on the 135 year history of Florida A&M's campus.
Tucker created a barbershop featured news package to highlight the wisdom of African Americans from different generations who understand the importance of transforming lives for the better by sharing past experiences and life lessons. This package focuses on how simple conversation is therapeutic for customers and barbers.
Robert was a recipient selected for the "Thurgood Marshall College Fund". The creation of this package led him to win a scholarship from this foundation because of his countless acts of selflessness and care for others throughout his community.
Tucker wanted to create more awareness regarding swimming pool dangers throughout the community of Tallahassee. Gaining opinions from individuals who have great experience with negligent casualties, this allowed him to understand the significance of knowing how to swim.
Robert wanted to inform viewers that public smoking can be an inconvenience to many people because of their personal health conditions.
Tucker attended the Online Newsroom Association (ONA) conference in Los Angeles, California where he was selected to be apart of the 2022-2023 ONA student cohort. With this opportunity , he was designated to cover the Opening event for the whole conference.
